Do I need an account to place an order?
No, an account is not required. We need only your payment method and your name to pick up the order. This data is securely added via a Stripe-hosted QR code.
How do I change a payment method?
You can change your payment method with your voice — say "Update my payment method" and the voice agent will return a QR code for you to scan and update your payment method. You can update, delete, or set a default payment method on the Stripe-hosted page.
Where is food ordering available?
Voice food ordering is available in selected regions. Availability depends on participating restaurants and partners in your area.
Is food delivery available?
No. Food ordering is pickup-only — your order will be ready for collection at the restaurant.

Our in-car voice assistant is available 24/7 and can answer most questions and route your issue to our team at any hour.
