What should I do if an item is missing or incorrect?

Include in your email:

Your order details, from your order confirmation or receipt email
What's missing or incorrect
A photo, if possible. If you received the wrong item, photograph what you got instead.

We'll review your report and reply by email. You shouldn't pay for items you didn't receive, so depending on the issue you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
