- In addition to the phone number you use for your business, you need to set up an additional phone line to get SoundHound for Restaurants up and running. We need two phone numbers from you:

- Primary phone number: the number your customers currently call to place orders. This will then be forwarded to the voice assistant who will automatically pick up the phone for you.
- Secondary phone number: a secondary line you need to set up for the voice assistant to forward the calls that it can’t answer to your team. Examples:
- “Is my order ready?”
- “I want to place a catering order”
- “I want to speak to the staff”
