What happens after I place an order?
Once you confirm payment for your order, you will receive a confirmation from the voice assistant with pickup details as well as an email confirmation receipt. The restaurant receives your order and will start preparing it to be ready at the estimated time.
Can I cancel my order?
If something went wrong you can cancel your order using your voice. We would react at your request and make a refund.
Can I change my order?
Confirmed orders cannot be modified. You can only adjust an order before confirming.
Can I change my pickup time after placing an order?
The estimated pickup time cannot be changed. The restaurant will await your arrival and keep the order ready for you. But please take into account your food quality.
Can I schedule an order for later?
Yes, you can mention the desired time for the order pickup, otherwise it is placed asap.
Can a restaurant cancel my order?
No. Orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled by the restaurant. Your order will be ready as scheduled.
