How do I pick up my order?
Your voice assistant will guide you on pickup steps, including what to mention and the best time to collect your order. Please make sure to check your order at the pickup counter. Order receipt includes pickup instructions, it is sent to your email address.
What do I tell the restaurant when I arrive?
You don't need to speak to the restaurant staff, your order should be ready at the pickup counter. In case you need assistance at the restaurant speak to the staff. Please make sure to check your order at the pickup counter.
How do I track my order?
Please be sure that your order is preparing for you, once you've got order confirmation with estimated pickup time. Order status information to track the order is coming soon with our nearest updates.
When will my order be ready?
The estimated pickup time is voiced by the assistant and displayed after order confirmation, in your Order Details and your order receipt.
Where can I find my order history?
Access all past and upcoming orders in the Order History section of the app. As well as you can ask via voice.
How do I contact the restaurant?
The restaurant's phone number is available in your Order Details or Order History.
What if the restaurant cannot find my order?
The restaurant can identify your order by your name, phone number, or order details. If they still cannot locate it, please contact our support team.
