Is it safe to add my payment method?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through our Stripe payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
When am I charged for my order?
Payment is processed at the time you confirm your order payment.
What is the service fee?
A service fee may apply to cover platform and processing costs. This fee is always displayed before you confirm your order.
Where can I find my receipt?
Receipts are sent to your registered email address after order placement.
I did not receive my receipt
Check your spam or junk folder first. You can also review receipts in your Order Details. If the receipt is still missing, contact support via voice or at support-voiceorder@soundhound.com.
