What data do you store and for how long?
We store your order history, and a reference to your payment method (your full card details are not stored — they are handled by our payment provider). Dialog recordings are retained for 90 days for quality and safety review. Support conversations are retained for 24 months.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of their personal data. To submit a request, contact our support team. We respond within 30 days.
